Welcome to FindXtra (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “FindXtra”), operated under the FindXtra Collective framework.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FindXtra website, waitlists, pre-launch point engines, 14-day free trials, active community workspaces, and paid subscription tiers (collectively, the “Services”).

By submitting a waitlist pledge, participating in our leaderboard referral engine, or entering our workspace, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.

1. Description of Service

FindXtra is a professional collective platform engineered for independent freelancers, contractors, and solo operators. We provide our members with:

  • Access to vetted, curated contract lead opportunities.

  • Group-buying corporate benefits, software discounts, and service cashbacks (“Perks Vault”).

  • Gamified networking, speed-mixing sessions, and expert-led masterclasses.

  • A peer-to-peer professional workspace and client project referral ecosystem.

2. Pre-Launch Pledges & Waitlist Engine

  • Pledge Submissions: Joining the FindXtra waitlist requires submitting an un-paid pledge. Pledging indicates your intent to join the collective once your regional or nationwide Field reaches its activation threshold.

  • Regional Activation Gates: Public workspace channels remain structurally locked until a specific Field reaches its required pioneer pledge threshold (e.g., Milestone 3 / 40 pledges).

  • Pre-Launch Point Engine: Participants may earn points on our pre-launch leaderboard by referring new member pledges (Form 1) or submitting valid client project briefs (Form 2).

  • Points & Rewards Value: Leaderboard points, badges, and rankings possess zero cash value and cannot be redeemed, transferred, or exchanged for fiat currency. We reserve the right to audit, adjust, or disqualify points obtained through fraudulent, duplicate, or spam submissions.

3. UK GDPR Compliance & Public Leaderboards

  • Data Masking Protocol: To protect member privacy, all public-facing and shared community leaderboards display user identities using First Name and Last Initial only (e.g., "Sarah K.").

  • Prohibited Disclosures: Members are strictly prohibited from sharing, scraping, or publishing full names, email addresses, or personal data of other participants accessed within the workspace or waitlist dashboards. Any unauthorized disclosure of peer data constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate termination of access.

4. The 14-Day Free Trial & Paid Subscriptions

  • Trial Activation: Upon your Field hitting its launch threshold, eligible pledges are granted a 14-day free trial starting on Day 0 of workspace activation.

  • Billing Transition: To maintain uninterrupted access past Day 14, you must maintain active payment details on file. Unless canceled prior to the expiration of the 14-day free trial, your account will automatically transition into the paid subscription tier (Pioneer Tier at £10/month, or applicable regional tier) and your payment method will be charged accordingly.

  • Recurring Subscriptions: Paid memberships operate on a recurring monthly billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to your next renewal date via your account settings or by contacting support.

  • Refund Policy: Subscription fees are non-refundable once billed for the active monthly cycle, except where required by UK Consumer Rights legislation.

5. Member Code of Conduct & Workspace Rules

To maintain an elite, professional environment, all members agree to abide by our core workspace rules:

  • Professional Conduct: Members must treat all peers, Field Leaders, and sub-managers with respect. Spamming, self-promotional flooding, aggressive selling, harassment, or hate speech will result in an immediate ban.

  • No Direct Client Poaching: Project briefs shared in the workspace or Lead Packs are provided for collaborative distribution or individual application. Circumventing peers to undermine active client negotiations is strictly prohibited.

  • Accountability: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your workspace login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

6. Curated Lead Packs & Project Brief Disclaimer

  • No Revenue Guarantees: FindXtra scrapes, curates, and triages contract opportunities and client briefs in good faith. However, we do not guarantee that applying for leads will result in contract awards, client placement, or revenue generation.

  • Independent Contracting: FindXtra is not an employment agency or recruiter. Any commercial agreements or contracts formed between you and an external client or fellow member are strictly between those independent parties. FindXtra assumes no liability for unpaid client invoices, contract disputes, or project delivery failures.

7. Founding Perks Vault & Third-Party Services

  • Third-Party Deals: Discounts, cashbacks, and benefits featured in the Perks Vault (e.g., insurance discounts, accounting software trials) are provided by independent third-party partners.

  • Partner Terms: Redemption of third-party perks is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective provider. FindXtra is not responsible for the availability, fulfillment, or quality of third-party products or services.

8. Intellectual Property

  • FindXtra Assets: All text, branding, graphics, logos, dashboard software, operational templates, and masterclass content provided by FindXtra remain the exclusive intellectual property of FindXtra.

  • Member Content: You retain ownership of any portfolio materials, project briefs, or content you post within the workspace. By posting content, you grant FindXtra a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content within the closed workspace for operational and community purposes.

9. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, access to the waitlist, or workspace membership immediately, without prior notice or liability, if:

  1. You breach any provision of these Terms.

  2. You violate the UK GDPR Data Masking protocols.

  3. You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive activity within the community.

Upon termination, your right to access the workspace, lead packs, perks, and accumulated leaderboard standings will immediately cease.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable UK law:

  • FindXtra, its Field Leaders, officers, and operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

  • Our total cumulative liability to you for any direct claims arising from the Services shall not exceed the total amount of subscription fees paid by you to FindXtra in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute.
